The BMU inline planetary gear reducer is specially designed with a mechanical structure that eliminates the gap between the gears and racks inside the reducer completely mitigating the backlash caused by manufacturing or installation errors when the general reducer drives the rack and pinion, and compensates or eliminates it.
Driven by a single servo motor, an enclosed mechanical preload system is more efficient than an electrical preload system.
The output flange is a plate design and is easy to install or adjust.
